"Try channel 8." Boredly, she replied.
He threw the remote to her and sighed --
-- Grumblin under his breath.
"So many channels, but there's nothin' on."
She muttered vaguely, suppressing a yawn.

A very heavy cement like agate bead adds an uncomfortable weight to one side of the piece.
