Round Leather
Cord
This leather will be somewhat uneven in width along its length. It's texture is rougher than that of European leather. There is a big difference in color from color lot to color lot. For example, the natural color can range from very white to very light brown.
|
Round Leather
Thong
This leather thong is from Greece. It is more consistent in width throughout the ball. Colors are more consistent from along the full length of cord on the spool, as well as from ball to ball. It is smoother. It is noticeably higher in quality than that from India. There is some differences in color from color lot to color lot. Note: Sometimes when the leather is brand new, there may be a chemical dye smell to it. If this is the case, you should leave it open to the air for 2-3 days so that this smell will dissipate.

Round and Flat
Braided Leather Each braided cord is described
by its:- color (black
or natural)-
number of leather cords that make up the braid (3,
4, 6)
Braided leather may come as a Expect consistent quality and excellent value from this machine braided leather cord. The 3mm cord gives the look of heavy cord in a small size -- ideal for watchbands, ladies' bolos and necklaces. Some splicing may occur. Cord widths are approximate. NOTE RE: THICKNESS: the 3mm is really 4mm thick; the 4mm is really 5mm thick; the 5mm is really 6mm thick.
FINISHING OFF THE ENDS...These Are The Kinds of Pieces to Choose From: You can also
use raw or plated wire to wire-wrap your own ends. It's not that difficult
to do.

Real Suede Lace
This thinner leather suede lace is typically used in making necklaces and bracelets. The easiest way to finish off the ends for a clasp is to use a foldover clamp, and attach a clasp, like a lobster claw, to one end. Available in 12 colors: black, camel, dark green, gray, light grey, medium brown, natural, pink, red, rust, turquoise, and white. Suede
Lace (tejas)
The manufacturing has been re-thinking their colors on this leather suede lace product, and they are running much darker than the samples in the color chart. The pink is a dark pink, the lilac is purple. We'll update the color chart when we feel the manufacturer is set on the color scheme. This suede lace (by tejas) is typically used as lacing in clothing, footwear and hatwear. It is not as a great a material for necklaces and bracelets.
Or make your own using the Braided Leather Cord mentioned above.
