Gossamer Floss is the new incredibly stretchy, thin fiber cording . Looks like dental floss, but has an amazing elastic quality. Threads through 11/0 seed beads and 3mm & 4mm crystals with a big-eye or a twist-wire needle. Easy to use, just tie knots to secure. No need to use crimps, they may actually fray the material.
It comes in both white (opaque) and black. Currently, we only carry the white. We sell these on 20-yard cards.
This is the best stretch cord available on the market - latex-free, will not harden or crack. You should be able to make about 20 chokers or 40 bracelets with this one package. If you use very heavy beads, you'll probably want to double it back through, but for normal beads it has plenty of strength in a single strand.
This stretches to 7 times its original size, but remembers and contracts
back to its original length.
