Islamic Beads

These Czech glass beads are also known as Persian Trading Beads. During Colonial Times, beads like these were produced to facilitate trade between European countries and what is now Iran and Iraq.

[NOTE: 5/05: These are no longer in production. As we and our suppliers run out, that's it.]

We offer three styles:
1. Islamic Letter Oval (the letter says "Allah")
2. Islamic Oval (byzantine design)
3. Round Disc Star Bead (also called, Star and Crescent) 

Colors available:  amethyst, emerald, jet, siam ruby, and cobalt.    The lines, stars and moons are usually gold, but sometime silver or white.   We have no control over this. Not all colors available in each style.

Siam and Jet are the most popular colors.   The Star Round Bead is the most popular shape.
