SAMPLE WORKSHOP PROPOSAL
We provide this copyrighted proposal as an example of how a workshop proposal might be structured. For instructors who would like to hold workshops at the Center for Beadwork & Jewelry Arts, it would be useful to study the proposal below, and use as a guide. It is important to the CBJA, as we review proposals, that we have information complete enough and sufficiently well-presented so that we can make a good decision.

WORKSHOP SYNOSIS: Participants in this workshop will be led through a series of intellectual, cognitive, and physical exercises that seek to strengthen mind-body connections to both the technical processes, as well as the creative processes, underlying bead-work and jewelry making. From "Zen Needle Threading" to "Composition in Gray and Gray" to "5-Finger Stretchies", this 1-day workshop is non-stop fun.
WHY THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR CBJA / HOW THIS WORKSHOP FITS IN WITH THE CBJA PHILOSOPHIES AND PROGRAMS / WHAT VALUE-ADDED QUALITIES THIS WORKSHOP BRINGS TO CBJA: This workshop very much fits with the CBJA program and goals.
