Teacher Orientation

All teachers will be given an orientation with the board or its representative.

During the orientation, the following will be discussed:
1. The board's vision for the school and its future pathways.
2.  The board's expectations for teaching quality.
3.  Curriculum philosophy

The Board will meet with teachers 2 or 3 times a year to discuss the school in general, and classes and teacher-related issues in particular.

The board hopes that the CBJA will be an avenue through which teachers may further develop their skills and interests, as well as find opportunities for introducing their experiences, knowledges and skills to students and the community.
