GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: To further your knowledge of wire wrapping technique and to incorporate beads and movement in a bracelet.
DESCRIPTION of MAJOR PROJECTS/TASKS: Create a bracelet that combines movement and the color of Swarvoski beads in a unique design.
DESCRIPTION of SKILLS/TECHNIQUES/CONCEPTS TO BE LEARNED:

- learn to wrap sterling silver wires
- learn to attach a slide bead into a section and then attach the segments together to form a linked bracelet
- learn to make your own clasp and attach it to the bracelet

CLASS TIME ESTIMATE: 2 1/2 - 3 hours
MIN/MAX # STUDENTS PER CLASS: 1-6 students
CLASS FEE and DEPOSIT: $50.00 fee/ $50.00 deposit
ADDITIONAL CLASS COSTS PER STUDENT:

Student will need to purchase 3 Swarvoski slide beads, wire and jump rings.

All tools are provided.

WIRE9721:  WIRE-WRAPPED SWAROVSKI SLIDE BRACELET
Instructor: Elesa Phares
$50.00 fee  ($50.00 deposit reserves space)

Description: The student will learn to wire wrap three wires together, attach the slide bead and bending the wire to secure the bead. Forming equal and consistent loops is critical in this project. The student will learn how to attach each segment and to bend them to fit around the wrist, as well as make and attach a clasp.

1 foot - 20 ga half round, half-hard, sterling silver wire
3 inches of 18 ga round, half-hard, sterling silver wire
3 - Swarvoski slide beads

2 - 18 ga sterling silver jump rings
