PREREQUISITES:	Orientation to Beads & Jewelry Findings WIRECORE1 or WIRE10 or equivalent experience
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:	To learn cold connection techniques using wire
DESCRIPTION of MAJOR PROJECTS/TASKS:	Make various earring, pendant and related components using cold connection techniques
DESCRIPTION of SKILLS/TECHNIQUES/CONCEPTS TO BE LEARNED:	- cutting out shapes and filing edges - texturing your shapes - punching holes in metal components - flattening and doming discs - anchoring items to your discs - making coils - assembling pieces using cold connection techniques

At the beginning of this class, the typical student should be able to do/know the following:	Use tools to create shapes in wire Simple wire wrapping techniques
At the end of this class, the typical student should be able to achieve/accomplish/learn the following:	create shapes as components create other elements for embellishing these shapes attach these other elements to these shapes for embellishment, using cold connection techniques
