HEMP0102:  SIMPLE HEMP MACRAME BEAD EMBELLISHMENT - Embellished Bead Necklace, or permission of instructor

 

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

Student will learn how to create a toggle clasp using hemp and a button, and to create a watchband out of hemp.  Alternating knots using multiple strings and practical applications using macrame will also be discussed.

 

DESCRIPTION of MAJOR PROJECTS/TASKS:

A watchband with a macrame toggle clasp will be completed by end of class.   Practice on alternating knots will also be included.
