| WRITTEN COURSE DESCRIPTION | In this course, students will learn about texturing, carving, painting, and mold-making. In addition, inclusions and mixed media applications will be discussed. |
| At the beginning of this class, the typical student should be able to do/know the following: | Students should know the differences between polymer clay brands, as well as how to handle, bake, and finish polymer clay. |
| At the end of this class, the typical student should be able to achieve/accomplish/learn the following: | Create a mold from scrap clay Use any kind of mold to create multiple objects in polymer clay Mix multiple substances into clay to create unusual effects |
