GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: Students will learn how to measure ring sizes based on amount of clay and ring type desired (coil or band styles).   Extensive instruction will be provided regarding shrinkage and preparing the mandrel, rolling clay, shaping, design, securing joints, drying time, firing and polishing.
