GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: Students will learn to increase and decrease loomed ornamental piece, how to add loops to display the piece, and different methods of adding and embellishing hanging devices.

DESCRIPTION of SKILLS/TECHNIQUES/CONCEPTS TO BE LEARNED:

- learn to finish a piece with different levels of weft threads
- learn different options of displaying ornamental beadwork

LOOM2021: Loom Project - Following  A Pattern, Increasing and Decreasing - Beaded Tapestry

In this loom class, the student will warp a loom to create a tapestry that varies in width.  They will learn to increase and decrease their beads and different ways to display an ornamental piece of beadwork.   There will be an opportunity to meet a second time to answer questions about finishing the loom work, creating the loops and finishing your hanging device.
