This is a beginner level class.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

To teach the basics of beading around cabochon.

This class will teach you how to bezel a cabochon using a basic back stitch, with various sizes of beads. You will also learn how to finish your piece with ultra suede and a picot edging.

domed cabochon (not too steep)
size 11, 15, 8, 6 seed beads (colors to accent the cabochon)
assortment of 3-4mm round beads
needles
thread
ultra suede to match the cabochon
(can be found in scrap box at Textile Fabrics on 8th Ave South in Berry Hill)
glue: E6000

The instructor will have the glue, stiff felt, and markers needed.
