Student Orientation & Curriculum
Guide Most classes will charge a tuition fee for enrollment, and require a deposit at time of enrollment. Required deposit fees will be: A deposit is required for any student enrolled in a particular class. Deposits are nonrefundable, except when the school has to cancel a class. If you do not want to pre-pay the deposit, you may add your name to the waiting list for a course. When we decide whether a course has made its minimum enrollment, however, we do not count names listed on the waiting list -- we only count participants who have paid their deposits. If an insufficient number of paid participants have enrolled in a course, we attempt to contact each name on the waiting list, before deciding that we must cancel this course. For some classes and workshops, in which extensive fees may be involved, a payment schedule will be provided. In all cases, the full enrollment fee, must be paid before students will be admitted into the course or workshop. Fees cover the cost of instruction. They do not cover the cost of supplies or tools. In some classes, an additional lab and/or equipment fee may be charged. Supplies, tools and materials lists are provided for each class. (SeeCurricululum ). Students may bring their own supplies and tools, or may purchase them at a local bead shop before attending the class. For some classes, Supplies Kits may be prepared and available for purchase.
