Student Orientation & Curriculum Guide
Administration
Cancellations and Refunds

If a student, for any reason, fails to attend  a particular course or workshop in which she or he enrolled, they will forfeit their deposit.    If the student has paid the full course fee, and the fee is greater than the deposit, the student will receive the amount which is the difference between the full fee and the deposit.

People who are listed on the waiting lists for any particular class, and are not able to be enrolled in that class, and who have paid the full deposit for a course, will have their deposit less a $5.00 fee returned.

CBJA reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop, or to reschedule it.   If this is the case, enrolled students would be entitled to a refund of their full deposit or course fee.   Waiting list students, who have paid the full deposit for a course, will have their deposit less a $5.00 fee returned.    Waiting list students who have paid a $5.00 wait-list fee only, will not have this $5.00 fee returned.
